Today at 5 am Britney Spears was located in the historical district of St. Augustine, Fl. Officer Bubba O' Conner mentioned the star visiting a friend of the opposite sex when she was attacked by an estimated 9 ft. long alligator. The reptile was said to have been an escapee from the local popular tourist attraction known as the Alligator Farm. Hector Gonzalez, a security guard on his daily rounds saw Britney on the ground near a bush bleeding; where the alligator had a different meaning to the song, "Hit me baby one more time". The alligator bit her on her right foot. The security guard called 9-1-1 at approximately 5:10 am. The paramedics arrived and treated the popstar at the scene. She was released with some swelling, but able to walk. Officer O' Conner's informations tells us that the security guard saw the tail of the reptile flee into the bushes outside Lewis House of Flagler College in St. Augustine, Fl. When officers arrived to search for the alligator they could not find the reptile. Let this be a lesson, be well aware of your surroundings. It could happen to anybody!
